About the Position

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will have a day-to-day role where your work is truly noticeable, close to the business, and alongside engaged colleagues. We offer significant responsibility, variety in the work, and a culture where collaboration, quality, and initiative are highly valued.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, producing, editing, and publishing content for digital channels (photo, film, text) for the group and individual companies.
  • Creating/adapting marketing materials according to templates (ads, signs, posts, presentations).
  • Operational planning and execution of campaigns, events, and activities (customer events, deliveries, local activities, fairs, and sponsorships), including preparations, on-site execution, documentation (photo/film), and follow-up.
  • Ensuring that communication before/during/after activities aligns with the brand.

Additionally, you will provide administrative support regarding planning, orders, contact with suppliers, compilations, and documentation.

The position is based in Luleå, but Skellefteå may also be relevant. The role involves travel between our locations and some evening and weekend work related to events and activities.

About You

We are looking for someone who works in a structured manner with a focus on quality and effective delivery throughout the process. You are creative and solution-oriented, take ownership of your tasks, and enjoy both administrative and practical aspects. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you contribute positive energy to the team!

Qualifications

  • Good practical skills in photography, filming, and editing for digital channels.
  • Ability to write short, persuasive, and accurate texts in Swedish.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital publishing.
  • Driver's license (B) and ability to travel as needed.

Meritorious

  • Experience with website updates in CMS (news, campaigns, landing pages).
  • Education in marketing/communication/media or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in events/activation/sponsorship (practical execution and content on-site).
  • Interest in vehicles/technology/trade and some business understanding.
